What is a Cairn?
For centuries, a cairn has been known as a landmark, monument, or tombstone that's usually made of stones.
In today's Colorado mountaineering culture, they are used as markers to help hikers stay on course when the trail's route is not obvious.
Because of my love for Colorado's Rocky Mountains, I thought "Cairn Counseling" was fitting a name.
Just like hikers, sometimes we need cairns to guide us through difficult times. -Steve
